Ever have a crazy dream you just can't get out of your head?

It started as a normal day and I was pleased to see all the colors of my home had changed. Connie was a bit younger while Aidan was a bit older. I put on my uniform and walked out into the driveway. I put my things in the back of my vehicle and kissed Connie goodbye. I revved the handles and peddled out of the driveway. Yes, my vehicle was my childhood Big Wheel!

Down the road I roared, passing cars clearly exceeding the 65 mph limit. I peddled with effortless ease as I moved in and out of traffic, waiving pleasantly to the wonderful people in the cars I passed. They waved back as if all was well. My black leather tassels fluttered in the wind that ripped past my head. My aviator glasses kept the bugs from my eyes. It was a wonderful morning, the air was cool, the grass green and the sky that wonderful pink and blue of dawn. I flashed my golden ID card to the guard, then used my hand brake to whip 180 into my parking space! Excellent. I stepped out of my Big Wheel and turned. I hit the clicker and the familiar double bleep of the alarm responded telling me it was safe until I returned to ride it home.

I wonder if they'll let me bring one to Iraq; glad I got out of that deployment!
