Fabriano Down Under: Book #5

PAGE 36

On the same night, I managed to draw two drawings in this book.

I really enjoyed the previous drawing. It had no meaning, not purpose, no reason to exist other than it did. I liked that!

What I didn't like was the lack of impact or contrast. It was also a random collection of forms. My mind demands symmetry and order. My eye enjoys contrast. Time to improve upon the last with this.

The symmetry is forced, the contrast is bold, it still has no meaning or purpose other than to please my eye and sooth my mind.

I like it. Which means no one else will. I can live with that.
